Practices have started! And the turnout is okay - but it could be BETTER; get your friends out.
Remember that Friday practice are at locations other than Washington Elem. - 6/10 will be at Sienna Hills Park (just off the Washington Parkway) at the usual 7:00 am.
Also, get your running blogs set up to keep track of your mileage, your progress, and allow Coaches Roberts and Holt give you a little more personalized help/comments/etc... click the link to fastrunningblog and get started.
Finally, your $25 downpayment for XC High Altitude Camp is due next week - I extended the date to next Friday the 17th - but it must be paid by then - IT MUST BE PAID BY THEN!
