There is NO KIDS' CLUB THIS WEEK because of moratorium.

Purpose of the Week's Workouts: This week's workouts. We'll continue to build our foundation this week. This week should be a bit of a recovery week, in that our minutes are holding steady to let the body adapt the the work you've putting in.
