Spirit Pack Order Forms

Hopefully I've got this all together.  If you notice some error, yell at me so we can let everyone know and fix it.
So the best way to do this is to download the Spirit Pack Order Form and print it off.  Then fill out the items you would like to get.  Then bring it to Coach Holt by Friday the 17th. (Late Forms will NOT be accepted!)  No money is due at this time, but what you order you must purchase.  Your fundraiser may help cover the cost.  The first $100 of the fundraiser goes toward the team; the rest may go to your Spirit Pack or even your Participation Fee ($85 due before the first meet of the year).
What do you need to get?  Each athlete must have a uniform top and shorts.  The rest is up to you.  Girls have a choice of black or grey top (as well as loose or tight fit); Varsity girls must have the grey top.  Varsity girls must also have the Boathouse race spandex.  All other girls may choose from any of the short choices.  All boys must have the Jailbreak race top.  The Varsity boys need the Rival 1/2 Split Shorts.  All other boys may choose from any of the short choices.
