- Mon at 6:30a
- Tues-Fri at 7:00a
- Fri held at Bloomington Hills North Park (Region Course)
- Tuesday and Thursday weights and afternoon run at 3:00p held at PVHS
- High Altitude Camp info was posted last week... get it paid for and bring your paperwork to practice
- Another call for physicals and registermyathlete.com to be completed
