Week 6

Thanks to everyone that kept their Week Reports/blogs up to date so the coaches could check up on you throughout the week.  Here's some info for the upcoming week:
  • Week 5 Minutes need to be reported
  • Week 6 Workouts are posted
    • Practice Schedule:
      • Mon-Thur held at Washington Elem
      • Mon at 6:30a
      • Tues-Fri at 7:00a
      • Fri held at Bloomington Hills North Park (Region Course)
      • Tuesday and Thursday weights and afternoon run at 3:00p held at PVHS
  • High Altitude Camp info was posted last week... get it paid for and bring your paperwork to practice
  • Another call for physicals and registermyathlete.com to be completed
  • Those who are bringing treats to Kids Club make sure you've got it taken care of (and thanks so much!)
